1 SOUND Installed at The Lion Brasserie in Greenwich, CT

The Lion Brassiere is a new upscale restaurant by Ron Rosa in Greenwich, Connecticut. Located at The Mill, it features two indoor dining areas and scenic outdoor seating by a waterfall. They wanted exceptional audio and the ability for live music, which is featured most nights, to be heard throughout the restaurant.

Chris Falciano (Trinity Audio/Video), along with his team, Frank Rocci, Joe McGirr and Keith Clarkson, installed Panoramas (MS34) throughout the main dining and bar area of the restaurant. The Panoramas were being used in the Mono + Stereo mode and gave a wide, encapsulating sound while having fewer sources. In the main dining area, there were just two Panoramas and two Wall Subs (WSUB45), in the ceiling, which needed to cover the open area. The choice of using Panoramas, with its Mono + Stereo Technology, was to complement the live quartets that the restaurant would have. The lead voice had a beautiful clarity while making the reverberant effect feel pure and wide. Three Cannon C5’s are dedicated for the musicians as their monitors, using C-Clamps on mic stands for versatile aiming. The Panoramas were hung with C-Clamps and the WSUB45’s were hung in the ceiling using the WSUB Hanging Kit that comes with an upholstered ceiling tile to conceal the sub.

In a more private seating room of the restaurant, is a WSUB45 mounted to the lip of the ceiling using the WSUB C-Clamps and paired with two Cannon C4i’s. Outside on the terrace, a seating area of about 50 people, was covered with two Cannon C6’s. The managerial staff was overwhelmed by the clarity and coverage of just these two loudspeakers.
