HQ2 Beachclub Upgrades their 1 SOUND System with the CT212
CT212 & two CT28s
HQ2 Beach Club had felt great success with the design and installation of their 1 SOUND audio system last season. When word got out about the new Contour CT212 they were excited to incorporate them into the club.
Angelo Poulos, CEO of Anthem SSL Productions, who lead the audio design and installation, decided to highlight the new Contour CT212 as the main PA hung from the DJ booth. The start of the HQ2 season aligned with the launch of the Contour CT28 last year, being the premiere installation for the Contour Series. It makes sense the new Contour CT212 would make its debut at HQ2 Beachclub this summer.
The CT212 is hung utilizing the Contour Rigging System allowing for an adjustable tilt. 1 SOUND was able to make a custom fly bar for these left and right clusters, upon request when presented this design. Deployed in each cluster is one CT212 with two CT28s, supported by 6 SUB2112s for bass.
The rest of the club has an exclusively distributed 1 SOUND audio system. Contour CT28s were added to the audio design providing more SPL for the part of the pool. And behind the DJ Booth facing VIP tables, two CSUB610s were hung and deployed in cardioid mode in combination with the Tower LCC44s for that area.
